Terms

The rules for using the app. Short, and in plain language.

The agreement

Creating an account means you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, do not use Prencha.

This is not medical advice

The app logs training and proposes routines from what you tell it. It is not a health professional and it diagnoses nothing.

Before starting a training plan, talk to a doctor, especially if you have an injury or a pre existing condition. Lifting weight carries risk: technique and load are yours to choose.

Your account

You need to be 16 or older. The details you give when creating it have to be true, and the password is yours to look after: whatever happens from your account counts as yours.

What you post

What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to show it inside the app to whoever it is meant for, and nothing else: we do not sell it or hand it on.

No illegal content, no harassment, no promotion of doping substances, no other person's data without their permission. We moderate what gets reported and we can take content down or close an account that keeps at it.

The paid plan

Pro costs UYU 89 per month in Uruguay and is billed inside the app, through the store. It renews on its own until you cancel from your phone settings, at least a day before the next date.

Refunds are the store's call, not ours. If we change the price we say so first, and the change never applies to a period already billed.

Promo codes

A code gives you paid plan days at no cost or a lower entry price for as many months as it says. One code per account, redeemed before the first charge. A code can expire or be withdrawn.

Availability

We do what we can to keep the service up, but we do not promise it will never go down. We can change or retire features; if one disappears and it was the reason you were paying, we tell you.

Closing the account

You can delete it whenever you want from the app. We can close it if you break these terms seriously or repeatedly, and if we do we tell you and explain why.

Liability

We answer for what the law makes us answer for. Beyond that, we are not liable for injuries arising from training or for indirect losses.

Governing law

The law of Uruguay and its courts apply, without prejudice to the consumer rights you hold where you live.
