A man rests on a bench between two sets, his phone lying beside him

Rest · Bench press · Set 2

1:12

Rest starts on its own

Close the set and the clock runs. Adjust it from the same chip, without leaving the exercise.

In session

The only screen you look at between sets

Weight and reps under your thumb, rest starts the moment you close the set, and what you lifted last time sits in the same row. No menus in the middle of the bench.

Last time comes first
Every row carries what you lifted before. Beat it and the row says so.
Warm ups do not count
Not in your volume, not in your records, not as the reference for next time.

Rest keeps running with the phone in your pocket

The session lives in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen. On the watch you get the set you are on and the time left, and the alert lands on your wrist when rest is over.

The record

Volume by muscle, no spreadsheets

Every session spreads its load across the body map. The week, your records and everything since day one live on the same plate, with the figures aligned so they compare without being read.

Coach

A routine written for you and reviewed after every session

Tell it where you are, how many days you train and what equipment you have. Out comes the routine. When a session ends the coach looks at what happened and proposes the concrete change: add weight, drop a set, swap an exercise that never fits. Apply it or leave it.

Community

You post the session, not a photo

The feed is real training: what each person lifted, what it cost them and which record fell. There are group challenges, badges you never lose and routines shared with a six character code.

Between you

Every thread hangs off one exercise

Vale doesn't write on your profile: they write on your third set of pull ups. The reply stays pinned to the 12 kg you moved that Tuesday and shows up right away. The routine travels on six characters, and whoever imports it lands in the same thread.

Those weighted pull ups looked clean. Where did you start?

On Pull A · Set 3

Manu At 12 kg. Two more every week, and the last set went up with no help.
