Every session you finish can be shared or not. By default nothing is shared.
- Public: anyone who visits your profile can see it.
- Followers: only people who follow you and whom you have accepted.
- Private: only you. This is the default.
If your profile is private, people who do not follow you still cannot see a public post of yours: the more restrictive of the two wins.
What is never shared automatically
Not your body measurements, not your progress photos, not what you write in your journal. There is no switch for that because it is not shared, full stop.
